How The AWP Network Works
The AWP Network is a national coordination platform that expands the reach of local organizations by connecting them to national resources. When regional resources either do not exist or have been exhausted, a local veteran-serving organization can consult The AWP Network for a streamlined process to find vetted, quality national partners to bridge the gap between services and communities.
The AWP Network is staffed by a dedicated team of case coordinators with social services backgrounds who are experts at holistically identifying problems and finding one-size-fits-one solutions. They are committed to addressing each unique case with care and attention.
Transportation, short-term financial assistance, housing, and assistance with VA claims are some of the most pressing needs that community-based programs need help addressing.

Thank you to the Center for a New American Security (CNAS) for developing and sharing this valuable resource, the State Veteran Benefits Finder, for veterans, service members, families, caregivers, and survivors. Hosting the State Veteran Benefits Finder is a part of the ongoing efforts of America’s Warrior Partnership to educate veterans about the resources available to them.
The State Veteran Benefits Finder makes it easy to search and find information about all identified benefits. This tool allows users to filter state-level veteran benefits by type of benefit, beneficiary, and state to determine benefits for which they may be eligible - providing a unique and invaluable reference.
